Would you like to be a part of a quickly growing small business? Right now, we are looking to hire on a couple new team members.

There will be two week, one month, three month and five month goals. These goals will help you get trained to perform all of our standard detailing services, become a crew leader and eventually learn advanced techniques. You will have ongoing goals and clear levels of achievements that will help you to advance with the company as we grow it.

To be straight forward, we are looking for people that know how to perform well and will be able to run a van/crew by themselves. Ultimately, we will be opening up multiple shops and we are currently adding to our fleet of vans. We need individuals who posses the potential to help us open and run those new shops and vans as they come. Experience is nice but in no way required.

You will be getting the vans ready for the day, going to customers locations, performing walk arounds with the customers, completing full details to the KC Detailing standard and really helping to create an unrivaled experience for each customer.

You will be encouraged to help us in the continual pursuit of improving our client relations and detailing systems. We really need people who want to be a part of something and know that they have a hand in it’s making.

Please note that this is not a 9-5 type job. The funny thing about detailing is that when people want to get their cars detailed, they want them detailed yesterday. We have to be able to cater to the spur of the moment clients. That being said, schedules will change so your start and end time will vary from day to day. For example: Tuesday’s schedule might change Monday late afternoon or early evening so you have to be fine with knowing your from and to work times can change the day before and even sometimes the day of. You will have access to your online schedule so you will be able to see the evening before exactly what appointments are lined up for the next day.

That being said, we make it a point to give you as much consistency in your schedule as we realistically can. And, you will get the same two back-to-back days off every week. For example: John will get every single Tuesday and Wednesday off while Chris gets every Thursday and Friday off. John and Chris will know their days off every week without having to check their schedules.

This job is for people who grab the vision of the company and want to be a part of something that is growing. It is for those who don’t want to just be a nine to fiver that punches in and out just to collect a paycheck every other week. The people who have worked for us that had that mentality didn’t do very well at all. Those who get excited about being able to help in the making and building of something great do very well.

Are you the type of person who not only likes the idea of being a part of something that is growing and being shaped but is willing to take the good weeks with the bad in the pursuit of having your hand in the creation of it? This may be the job for you.

Pay is $9hr for training. Once trained, you will be paid a percentage of the total dollar amount of every detail. Our good employees make $10-$15 an hour on a bad week and $15-$20 an hour on a good week. As your quality improves and you get faster, you will make more and more money per hour. We want you to make a lot of money in as much as you want us to make a lot of money. The pay structure has been setup in a way that forces all of us to work together as a team.

I forgot to mention, you will make tips. You won’t get them every time. If you work fast and do a great job, you will constantly get tips. Cash tips, when you do get them, are generally $10-$40. Our best workers get tipped all the time. People that work half heartedly rarely get tips. BTW, we have had $200 tips before and $100 tips a handful of times.
